Called Gatti's answering service about a plumbing leak at 6:30 in the morning. Was told a tech would contact me by 7:30. Tech call was on time and they showed up at my house within 45 min. They completed the repair, made it better for leak prevention in the future. Quick courteous and professional. A great company and a great service to our community. Have been using Gatti for years. I recently completed a multiple new faucet project at my Dad’s house and installed a new titanium anode rode with a dedicated electrical line. Everyone at Gatti is very professional. Emily was excellent in coordinating and researching products. Her communication skills are terrific. She was on top of our account. Nick W. was the electrician, he did an excellent job for the installation of the dedicated electrical line for the titanium anode rod. Mike T. and Ethan were the guys making it happen for all the new faucets and the install of the new rod…they also did a great job! All of the entire team at Gatti are experienced, helpful and professional. I will continue to use Gatti for future projects. Uber-happy with the work that was completed.
