The two guys that serviced my backyard drain seemed knowledgeable and explained everything that they did. I was able to see in the camera some of what is swirling in the pipes outbound. I hope we can stay clear for a good while! Service: Sewer cleaning
The technician was Walter! I found him to be professional, friendly and skilled! My praise for a job well done goes to Walter! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Roto Rooter in the future and will recommend them to my friends and customers!
In an emergency while my basement was flooding, I paid a LOT extra for a "jet" and for the camera inspection of my pipe. The technician ended up snaking out the clog (good) but I don't think the camera work ever happened and who knows about the so-called water-jetting. (bad). I asked why I hadn't been able to see it, or why there wasn't a recording, and he said "oh, that needs to be asked for when we start and it costs extra." huh? But he said he saw everything on the camera and it was "all good." He was practically driving away as he said it. Hmm. Two other plumbers giving me later estimates both said that the condition and placement of my (very) old main trap would make using the camera impossible. One of them was a senior guy from the same Roto-rooter (!), but he didn't know that the other guy claimed to have used the camera several days before. I'm pretty sure I was lied to and scammed, all for an extra $600+. At least my drain issue was unclogged, but it's not good busine
