I love this company! This is the 3rd time I have used this company with John Messick as the plumber and every time it was PERFECT! Professional and respectful to start out and very knowledgable about every issue they resolved. Jamie the office/ Sales person is THE BEST! Very efficient and so pleasant on the phone. She offered me a coupon to replace the one I lost for $100. This was a huge savings to us that she did not have to do. Used AP a few times over the summer/fall 2022 though ended up changing plumbers after I kept getting rescheduled- super inconvenient to take time off work to just reschedule as well as not be able to use water for the 1-2 weeks it was occurring. It did turn out to be a good choice as they cannot video pipes- turns out my sewer line was rusted through and had to be replaced. I had been playing phone tag for months with the person they refer to video pipes. They were always polite and seemed honest but I do think they could be more timely as well as more comprehensive in what they offer. Service: Sewer repair
