My initial experience with the estimator, Mike, was great - he was professional, friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. We replaced all our windows and the price seemed reasonable given the times. We were told it'd be 6 months until the work could be done - that was fine. While we waited, they came out twice to measure/remeasure. The windows did take a bit longer than expected, but no big deal there. However, the installation of the windows was not what we expected. Interior window trim was not removed, but new windows just shoved into place, damaging interior trim. Then, they smashed out our living room window only to find that the one they delivered was not the right size - it was 6 inches too short. They had no choice but to install the short window temporarily and board up the area around it. We were told it'd be 4 weeks for a new one - it was nearly double that. We also took pictures of the damage to the interior, as well as things like screws that weren't all the way

From start to finish Graves Brothers did a great job. The estimator Alex was great at walking me through our options and providing answers to all of our questions and the crew leader Dave did a great job keeping me informed of progress throughout the job. Crew was terrific and always made sure debris was picked up throughout the day. Can’t recommend this company enough! Service: Roof installation

Joe, was very prompt. He identified the problems, reviewed the solution and resolved quickly. Solved a 6 year intermittent slight leak that was staining living room ceiling. Very fair price. Would definitely use Graves Brothers again. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
