Dan was very friendly, efficient and professional. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why in terms that I could understand. He invited me to accompany him so that I could observe the process and ask questions. He even gave me a tip about where to find affordable air filters for summer use. We had a basement filled with water this weekend and needed a new furnace and water heater asap! Every person at Hummingbird that we dealt with was wonderful. Chad came out the same day to check everything out, and even tried to get our old water heater going again so that we didn’t have to buy a new one!
