Hummingbird was very responsive to our needs after our basement flooded. They provided a thorough inspection followed by honest and reasonable suggestions for a new equipment. Dan was so easy to work with and I felt he truly had my family’s best interest at heart. He worked non-stop until the job was done. He was knowledgeable and took the time to educate me along the way. We had a basement filled with water this weekend and needed a new furnace and water heater asap! Every person at Hummingbird that we dealt with was wonderful. Chad came out the same day to check everything out, and even tried to get our old water heater going again so that we didn’t have to buy a new one! Had our new Amana furnaces (2ea) installed by Dallis and Frank at Hummingbird Heating & Cooling. I was impressed with their professionalism, quality of install, and tidiness throughout the process. They did a very nice job minimizing the maze of pre-existing gas lines and cleanly routing the new lines and vents. Very communicative throughout. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
