Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained the options we had available for a replacement hot water tank. Also, he was explaining the work that would be done and the benefits to becoming members. Our air conditioning system was not working properly and Reimer sent technician Andrew Westpfahl out to our home to diagnose the issue. After looking everything over, he did a great job in explaining the situation and all our options to resolve the problem. My wife and I decided to go with a brand new furnace and A/C system for peace of mind and Andrew went above and beyond to get us set up. The following morning they sent an installation crew (Gavin Zaczek and Tyler Barnes) out to begin the job. These guys did a fantastic job of installing the new A/C system, furnace, and digital thermostat. They also did such a good job cleaning up, that you wouldn’t even know an installation took place. These technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I called Reimer for the first time because I was having a leak with my shower. I was really impressed with their service from the start. The woman who answered the phone was polite and made great notes about the problem I was experiencing. She was able to schedule me same day. Marty came to the service call and was wonderful. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Carl came the next day to do the work and he was phenomenal as well. Highly recommend this company!
