The lack of follow up and communication from this company in the plumbing department has been almost non existent. I had a backup in the basement, Roy's was out within a day to access the issue, did a hydro flush after which they told me there was catastrophic damage to sewer pipe leading to the city main that they could not see. I didn't understand how they knew the extend of the damage without being able to see it but I have no knowledge of such things so moved forward with their recommendation to dig into the yard after they said they located the pipe and would do repair. Mid July lead to a 12' hold in my yard and a call stating they could not locate the pipe. I expressed my confusion as I was told they located the pipe and the area of the damage. Next day I got a call asking if I was happy with the completed work and if I got 5 start service, I said they couldn't find the pipe, work not completed, confused rep said she would follow up. Two weeks of waiting with no reply or commu
We booked an Air Conditioner tuneup with Roy’s for this afternoon 09/08/2023. Jeff was prompt, informative and personable. More importantly he went above and beyond to ensure a new homeowner (me) would know the ins and outs of our air conditioning unit. Couldn’t be happier. 5 stars
Dan Stewart was awesome. Did the work we requested and gave suggestions on future work that may be needed soon. Roy's has replaced our furnace and hot water tank. Would definitely recommend.. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Faucet repair
