We have needed a number of things done this past year (boiler, hot water tank, leaky pipe in basement and new tub and shower.) We called Roy’s each time because we were impressed by professionalism and quality of work. Each time they came they explained the issue and gave us different options which we appreciated! Mike Miller came out for a heating and ac tuneup. Mike was professional and efficient. He was respectful of my home and did not try to upsell any services or repairs that I did not need. Dan arrived and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain in detail the condition our home exterior piping system was in, using a camera that was fed through the pipes.
