We could not have been more pleased with your employee Thomas Olson who came out to our house today. He came out to fix our faucet and ended up also replacing our sump pump. He was more than thorough explaining everything to us and making sure everything was fixed to perfection. He is certainly an asset to Roy's! Hello, I had a leak from upstairs bathroom into kitchen . Roy’s came out to assess and installed a new shower which was great. Turned on sink in bathroom and leak was not coming from the shower which was a 14k job. Roy’s then came out and use tied the problem and fixed it at no additional cost thank god. I just wish they knew where the leak was coming from instead of installing a shower for 14 grand. Problem Had nothing to do with the shower
Although I recently bought my house with a home inspection, I wanted a more thorough assessment of any unknown issues. Steve Martin came to my house and first answered all my questions that were raised during the home inspection. He then performed a thorough inspection of the heating and air conditioning systems. He presented the results with basic, better and best repair scenarios. We prioritized the most pertinent and time-sensitive repairs and I purchased the contract. I feel much more knowledgeable about my systems and I feel relaxed knowing Roy's (and Steve who was amazing) is just a call away. Service: HVAC system maintenance
