I recently hired Roy's Plumbing for a waterproofing project, and I have to say that their customer service was outstanding. They were responsive to my needs and made me feel appreciated from the first phone conversation and the appointment with Dan. When the team arrived for the underground sump pump line install, they were skilled and friendly. They took great care to preserve my home while they worked. They were knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answering all of my questions. The quality of their work amazed me. The crew worked quickly and effectively. Although I recently bought my house with a home inspection, I wanted a more thorough assessment of any unknown issues. Steve Martin came to my house and first answered all my questions that were raised during the home inspection. He then performed a thorough inspection of the heating and air conditioning systems. He presented the results with basic, better and best repair scenarios. We prioritized the most pertinent and time-sensitive repairs and I purchased the contract.
