The sewer line on my property was replaced 10/22. Two sections of sidewalk were damaged and a pile of stones and dirt were left on my lawn. I have been contacting your company since 04/23, without satisfaction. Only received excuses for not performing the required restorations. The insurance carrier has been notified several times and receives the same excuses. This is unacceptable. Very poor business practice. Service: Sewer repair

The first day, the plumber didn't show up. I called to find out why. They had the wrong phone number. They call ahead to make sure you are going to be there. Since I didn't answer, he didn't come. He came first thing the next day. Installed two outside faucets, and an inside cut-off valve. Very good quality items used, fast job, and he didn't try to add any work to the job, which I appreciated. He was friendly and very professional, Great experience Service: Faucet repair

I made a down payment to have central AC installed. They had to reschedule twice and then I had to call the day of the third attempt to find out that they couldn’t come out. I asked for a refund and was told that was fine. I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I call it’s a mess. Promises of having a callback from a manger never result in anything. I’ve been transferred to the owner twice and never got a return call. It’s been nearly 5 months with no resolution. Service: Install AC
