I had a water line leak. In a Saturday and called for 24 hour service. I got charged $189 and he never tried to fix it. Complained about missing bowling. Didn't seem to want to do the job. I got to the problem from my downstairs sink instead of the wall he tore apart. Unprofessional I have since received a refund and Apollo took this review seriously. So I will improve my opinion and perhaps I will use them in the future when I replace my central A/C unit. I improved my rating based upon their response to the situation.
Colin has done a lot of plumbing work at my home and has done a great job each time! I would recommend him highly to anyone that is in need of HVAC/plumbing service. Thank you Colin!
I called late on a Saturday night and got a call back in 10 minutes. Colin said he could be there within an hour and showed up early. He had to get a part and come back first thing Sunday morning. Everything was handled very professionally! Will use their services again! Service: Heating system repair
