I called late on a Saturday night and got a call back in 10 minutes. Colin said he could be there within an hour and showed up early. He had to get a part and come back first thing Sunday morning. Everything was handled very professionally! Will use their services again! Service: Heating system repair
They installed a "brand new" water heater in my apartment. Two weeks later, a part on the heater failed. I am now going on day 5 of no hot water, and the technician will not share ETA on fix because they are "not allowed" to share ETA on the arrival of a new part, so I have no idea when I can expect this issue to be fixed. They have no other solutions, and I am left with freezing cold water in my apartment in upstate NY January. It is unacceptable.
The technician name was James Wandtke. He is very knowledgeable on the equipment. He has been doing the services here. I highly recommend him and Appolo. Service: Heating system maintenance
