This is the second time I use this company and they did a great job. Ron the project manager is punctual, professional and informative. Matt and Gio the ones who did the work were friendly, professional and clean. They installed 2 dedicated lines and also corrected some things that were installed improperly by the previous electrician. Thank you so much for a wonderful job. I have used Lippolus and several of their current employees that worked in another firm. They are TOP drawer! When doing electrical work it’s incredibly important to use a firm that has great service people, administration (key) and flexible reasonable rates. I recommend them to anyone in WESTCHESTER or Putnam or northern counties. The office staff are outstanding! I’d rather not mention names but KS is so informed and in contact with management. I have used these guys a couple of times now and my initial interaction with the was quite good. However, I hired them to change out some old ballasts in a building I rent. They sent a couple of guys and they started the work but ran out of parts. I paid them for the work they had done. I never heard from them again. They never came back to complete the job. I just let it go for a while. I called them two weeks ago asking if someone could come over and take a look at my wheelchair lift which did not seem to be getting power as well as the remaining ballasts and some light fixutures. No one called back so I called again earlier in the week and was told that this time the message would go to a supervisor. Still no call back. I don't have time for someone who has no respect for my business or me. Someone told me that the help I needed was not a big enough ticket for them. Haivng my own busienss I understand that but have the decency to call me back and say that. I would not r
