I wanted someone to service my Navien combi unit in a house I bought three months ago (new house = don't know when the unit was last serviced). It took a while to get an appointment given the number of flooding-related work that has been going on but, when they came, it was worth it. They 100% knew what they were doing and explained everything totally transparently. I would not hesitate to get them in again for a service or a repair. SO much better than many of the HVAC companies that I used to deal with at my old house. Update as of Feb 2023: Used MJ Plumbing again to sort out some old copper piping that was left over from when my house had a hot water tank.
