I had a couple leaky shut off valves. When I called I slightly misdiagnosed my issue to them. I received a quote for the price and set up an appointment. Adam called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would. After Adam reviewed my issue, he found my plumbing issue was not as bad as I had relayed to him. He was able to fix it quickly and only charged me for what he did, much lower than his estimate. He did not try to do work that wasn’t needed to inflate the cost.
