I simply can't say enough good things about Rotor- Matic!!! Today's emergency basement flooding was handled with speed and quality service. Jason expediently dispatched Charlie, one of his best technicians, to me Charlie knew exactly what to do and proceeded to do so quickly and professionally. This is the 4th time we have used Rotor-Matic. Not only do they provide the best service we have seen in years, but they also have value pricing. I can't believe how much more other drain cleaning services have charged us in the past and for jobs that pale in comparison to Rotor- Matic. I sleep better at night knowing I can rely on Rotor-Matic. Thank you Jason and Charlie!!!

I have used this company several times at both my business and home. They have been nothing but friendly and professional. Their prices can't be beat, and their service and timing has been phenomenal. They dont leave until the job is complete and done correct the first time. Dont bother with another drain company only to get ripped off or lied to. I have used Crisafull Bros in the past for residential drain cleaning and the "warranty" they sell is nothing more than a gimmick. Bottom line if you purchase the warranty they clean and snake the pipe correctly so that they are guaranteed not to get a call back if you do not purchase the warranty as soon as the water goes down the snake is retracted and they leave ensuring a call back a few months later. That shows the company's character. Rotormatic has been nothing but honest and forthcoming on every job that they have done for me.

My main sewer line was clogged. Initially used another plumber to do a clean out. Long story short they said I needed a new main line at a cost of around 15k. Rotomatic was referred to me by a friend. Charlie came out within 2 hours of contact. He worked hard to clean the line and let me know a new mainline was not needed.
