I called in the morning and they were able to get us in the afternoon for assessment of our furnace. Trina was wonderful pleasant smiling and explained everything in great detail. Unfortunately we are still waiting on our insurance to approve the installation.

Now I see why they ONLY have 3 Stars NOT trustworthy at all. You have to watch every single move they make in order to assure a good service maintenance. They tried ripping us off from the time of our installation of new heating and cooling. They tried using parts from our old HVAC unit and took the NEW parts back out to their van. Then they took shortcuts when servicing our AC by dropping screws amongst the pea gravel stone surrounding the unit and just leaving the holes empty and causing RATTLING noise which once we figured out why, we had to have them return to finish the job. When we stood and watched him do this process the previous year, all was fine. This year, I made the mistake of showing him to the unit and then excusing myself to do laundry. Big MISTAKE. You MUST watch anything they do from the beginning to the end or have a very good camera system that will allow you to see everything. Shortcuts!!! Don't businesses realize, they NEVER pay off in the long run. Services:
