Climate King Heating Cooling & Duct Cleaning

Our furnace went on one of the coldest days (Jan 3rd- right after the New Years weekend), we pretty much knew what was wrong with it (fan). We called 3 places off Google- first two, we could only leave a message. The 3rd we called was Climate King- they answered right away. Said it would be $60 for a Diagnostic Fee- but said they could come out within the next 2 hours (between 10:30-11:30am)- the truck pulled up right at 10:30am which is awesome. Steven was very polite- had a mask on, carrying booties, professionally dressed in uniform. Showed him to the furnace- told him to come and knock when he knew what the issue was. He did that- presented me with 3 options, answered all my questions very thoroughly, did not pressure me into anything. He even waited in his truck for about 20 minutes while I got my fiance on the phone to make our decision. He left for about an hour to get the part he needed- came back and finished the job in about an hour and a half. They were flexible/understandin
