The crew arrived on time, immediately went to work. Coordination of job duties was amazing. It was a great team effort and they got the roof tear off and installation done in record time in 90 degree temperatures. Everyone cleaned up. Neighbors have had various contractors working for them, I observed on several occasions their contractors wasting time on their cell phones, I not once observed any of Sahlems employees on their phones wasting time. We are very happy with the work from the Sahlem Team (Siding, windows, gutters). From our first meeting with George to the final clean - up, the work was top-notch. After discussing the project with several contractors, George came up with solutions to address all our needs and made the entire process easy to understand and made us feel comfortable during the decision making process. My house has a lot of knooks and crannies and little detail work and these guys didn't cut any corners. I looked for things to complain about and simply couldn't find any.
