Technician dispatched to install the part which he did. He always makes sure the access doors are closed the lights are off and leaves no parts of mess behind. He is always courteous and neatly, professionally dressed and prepared to go to work. He also makes sure my cat does not get out whenever he has to go in and out to his truck. Thank you Pipe Doctor for a great job and continuing to provide dependable service
They were efficient and very quick in the work they did. I found them very professional and easy going. Prices were reasonable too. Came on time and finished their job in three days.
First Class service from YourPlumber Bournemouth in response to a leaking water tank. All staff professional, respectful of property, communicated well and quote was spot on. Work schedules changed to accommodate completion when parts arrived early and an extra engineer supplied to help. Would definitely recommend as they could teach some other companies the meaning of Customer Service.
