Wish I'd called them first! We had a situation where a home inspector for a prospective buyer reported "scorching" of wiring to our attic heating unit. After getting no replies or rebuffed by other local companies, I called No Shorts. Dominick answered right away and agreed to come and inspect. He came the same day, on time, and performed a thorough examination. The price for the service call and work performed was very fair. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Dominick's desire to not only work for us but to engage with us as repeat customers is rare today. So many companies these days act like you're doing them a favor by using their service. And as a retired service technician from the recreational boating industry who did a lot of "road work," it's impressive to see a service call from a technician who is completely organized.
