Big Tom’s came to my house for a second opinion after Mr Rooter told me I needed to excavate and repair main sewer for $5,500. Big Tom’s charged me $200 and cleared tree root from sewer line. They showed me my open drain with a camera so I could see what they did. What an honest company! Will definitely recommend and use in the future! Service: Sewer cleaning

Had two gents from Big Tom's in my house today (one was named Adam, didn't catch the other name) to repair a gas-line valve and hook up a new stove. I can't say enough about how kind, courteous, and professional they both were. They went above and beyond in helping my family to start cooking with gas (har har). Seriously, they were very nice, worked quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything we needed to know. The cost was very reasonable too. We've used Big Tom's before, and will continue to do so. Many thanks to the company management for hiring and retaining such exemplary young tradesmen. This was a great experience, and we'll be sure to share it with all our friends.

We had a water heater with a faulty control panel. Called Big Tom's and talked to Joe who said he could come see us within an hour. Less than half an hour later Joe showed up. He was very professional, very friendly, and made the repair within an hour. Less than two hours after calling Big Tom's our water heater was working again and all at a reasonable price. For it being the first time using Big Tom's, I will be contacting them first next time I have the need for plumber. I can't recommend using them enough. Service: Water heater repair
