Big Tom's Plumbing & Drain Inc.

We had a water heater with a faulty control panel. Called Big Tom's and talked to Joe who said he could come see us within an hour. Less than half an hour later Joe showed up. He was very professional, very friendly, and made the repair within an hour. Less than two hours after calling Big Tom's our water heater was working again and all at a reasonable price. For it being the first time using Big Tom's, I will be contacting them first next time I have the need for plumber. I can't recommend using them enough. Service: Water heater repair

Called about sewer gas in my house they hardly checked anything or drains etc. Ptrap under sink came completely apart fairly soon after they were here taking it apart to check for problems, causing leaking all over basement, going to buy and install the parts myself now. Ended up getting my own methane detector and was able to find source of sewer gas smell causing issues in floor drain in basement. The receptionist is not very nice. I'm sure the rest of the company is not this poor quality this was just my experience with the workers sent out to my house.

These guys did a gas line repair job for my 90year old dad a couple weeks ago and I have to say that I and he were very impressed with how quick and professional they great they were. They didn’t overcharge him either. They came highly recommended from 2 very reputable sources and were definitely worth the recommendations as well as our praise for the quality service provided.
