Scott W and Adam addressed a plumbing and electrical issue for us. They were kind and professional. They fixed everything right away and left everything perfectly clean. Scott W did a review of the house and pointed out things that we could address in the future. Adam addressed everything I asked about and also made suggestions. They both went above and beyond what I would have expected. I really appreciate when technicians talk to me like I have a brain and communicate details of repairs and technical information. I will absolutely continue to use J&J.

Chase B. was very honest and professional! My sump pump was not working properly. After a thorough inspection he found a foreign object in the well base. He did not try to pressure me to replace the pump and was reassuring that the pump was working properly. He also took the time to inspect another plumbing concern I had. Excellent experience with J&J Plumbing. Had an issue with my water heater and they were out here the next day and we ended up replacing our current system. The technicians (Justin & Jason) were professional and took time to explain the process. The quote process was simple and easy and we were provided with multiple options. Justin and Jason did a clean install and everything looks great. They were also able to troubleshoot and fix a pipe issue with my sump pump during the water heater install.
