Jennings Heating & Cooling

I don't write reviews. Typically its not worth my time and I especially do don't offer my opinion for free. That being said Matt Lewis did an exceptional job and Jennings Heating and Cooling is a better company for having Matt as an asset. Most people drudge through a work day ginding the 9-5. Matt was friendly high spirits and appeared to genuinely enjoy his job. God forbid I need heating and cooling again I would 100% choose Jennings just because Matt. No idea what Matt makes but undoubtedly, this man deserves a raise for great customer service experience and quick repair. Service: HVAC system repair

Needed after hours air conditioning service on the hottest day of the year of coarse. Great customer service kept us posted on eta of technician. We called at 4 pm and were told service would be between 6-9. Tech arrived at 7 pm…. Andy KUDOS…. What a great professional… diagnosed issue… walked me through everything he needed to repair. Let me know how much and how To save additional cost by signing up for service plan. We have used Jennings for almost 20 years always satisfied. I wouldn’t think to give my business to any other company. Thank you again Andy for all you did and for getting us back up and running we truly appreciate your customer service your kindness and especially your expertise. I'm new-ish to the area and chose a company based on their reviews. This place did not let me down. Every person that came to my home was on time, professional, explained everything, and just top-notch humans. I appreciated every one of them that helped me with my new AC. For all the women out there, especially... this is a solid group.
