I’m very happy with my experience with Jennings. Jennings worked on my electrical in the past and I was very satisfied. This time I needed my AC replaced. Tim B. came out to diagnose my problem and was very helpful. Levi came out a few days later to give me an estimate for the options that fit my needs best. Levi was very good at listening to what our needs were and explaining things. The man who did the measurements I think was also named Tim and was very efficient. Christopher did a great job installing the AC with his team and answered some of my questions. Finally, I was grateful for Steve coming to follow up and make sure everything is working smoothly. Our AC air was blowing out HOT but the customer service we received from our rep Levi was CHILL . Never met a cooler dude than this. Very friendly and down to earth rep. He was thorough in explaining the current problems our unit is facing and made explanation of solutions and packages available easy to comprehend. He was hassle free and not pushy at all and his genuine concern for finding us a solution to fit our residential and financial needs made this an easy decision to sign off on.
