Duke's Discount Drain

Very professional! I called them in because of my washing machine. It gave me an error code that the water didn't have a lot of pressure, and it was from the cold water valve being eroded. He supplied and installed a new valve for me and got my washing machine fixed. He even balanced my washing machine for me at the end because he noticed that it was off-balanced when it was going through the spin cycle. The attention to detail, and the fair price is what will keep the customers on coming back. Thank you guys!

Another trip to my “new” hardware store LOWES (Brimfield township) for a gas water heater including installation. Gentlemen at Lowes contacted Lauren, Lowes installation mgr By-Tor Contracting Inc.. and installed within day, Dukes Drain & Plumbing was on time , reasonably priced, extremely professional , friendly, and cleaned up all the water that had , prior to their coming, run out of the tank everywhere. Couple hrs installed and 20 minutes later hot water ! I will recommend Lowes in Brimfield and Dukes to everyone. Should also add , No hidden costs - price responsibly quoted was the actual price paid -even with the added mess he cleaned. Extremely pleased ???? Service: Water heater installation

I was very impressed with the service that Duke’s Discount Drain & Plumbing of Akron, Ohio, gave me. I was completely without hot water. He came to house, checked out to see what size tank I wanted, and the area where hot water tank was to be installed, and what supplies, would be needed on Monday. Arranged for one of his Plumbers to come out on Wednesday, in which he was on time and the office called to let me know he was on his way to do the install.
