Joe from Legacy Roofing was excellent to work with and very helpful with our insurance claim. We had a lot of trouble with our insurance company and Joe went to bat for us handling all of the negotiations including guiding us on every step we needed to take to ensure we did not get screwed over by our insurance company. In the end, Legacy roofing showed up on the day and time agreed upon and knocked out a professional new roof. They cleaned everything up and it all looks amazing. From beginning to end, Joe at Legacy Roofing was there for us and is one of the most professional, honest and humorous people we have ever worked with. To start, I filled out the form on their site around 5pm. Within an hour, Joe texted me and we eventually scheduled a time for him to come over to give an estimate. During the consult, Joe presented their extremely competitive price in a very professional packet and was completely honest on the price breakdown. After we signed the contract, Joe kept in contact over the next couple of weeks to keep us up-to-date on the start date. The job was completed over a couple of days. I felt that Joe and I had had built up a great relationship in order for me to be honest in stating some of my concerns to him. We had Legacy Roofing do our roofing project which included a two layer tear-off, replacement (2) skylights, flat rolled roof section, shed roof replacement, new gutters and downspouts and additional soffit vents installed. Joe Herman was the project manager for the project and felt he did an exceptional job from the beginning through the end of the project. The initial estimate was well explained and detailed and Joe quickly answered any questions that we had while comparing multiple quotes. He was very responsive throughout the entire project. Legacy price was extremely competitive even after we added a couple extra items and extended warranty. We were fortunate that an installation window opened up sooner than expected and we were able to get our project completed the very next week after signing. The roofing crew were very efficient in their work and respectful of protecting the surrounding flower beds and raspberry bushes next to the house to the best of their ability. The
