We had the pleasure of working with Chris and then John today from Superior in fixing our septic & drain problem. Both Chris and John made the Experience such a pleasure. Unbelievable honesty, professionalism, kindness and friendliness describes both Chris and John. We very highly recommend Superior Septic and Drain for great service and reasonable prices!! ***. Ryan did a great job helping me locate where my downspout drain line went, as well as good advise on what to do first to resolve the issue. Superior Drain was recommended and I was not disappointed.
Called for an estimate on something that they specialize in Waited for a week and a 1/2 after they came and looked at it to finally get the estimate only to tell me they are not interested in it. That would have been helpful the minute. They saw it instead of stringing me out for almost two weeks where now I have to call other companies and go through the whole process again
