After a great deal of arguing between the ownership of Ammerman heating and cooling calm to find out with the manufacturers rep that came out with the ownership of ammerman heating and cooling the install was not done correctly nor finished according to the rep from DuraStar Joey owes me a secondary insulation rap on the feed lines going to head unit number one Joey never fulfilled what his sales rep told him needed to be done to rectify the issues the laborers for ammerman eating and cooling we're very rude the last couple times they were at my house and have never finished 100% their install buyer beware get ready for the bake switch from the ownership of ammerman heating and cooling in my opinion steer far far away from this problematic HVAC company I'm supposed to have a warranty never got the warranty paperwork I'm supposed to have a 10-year manufacturer warranty I doubt if I even have that in my opinion Joey never fulfilled his sales pitch on a job that he has been paid in full f

I can't say enough about Joe. We had another company come out and charge us for basically nothing. Joe came out on Christmas Eve to take a look at our furnace. He could have easily told us to get a new one due to it's age. He gave us what we how to be a few more years on our current system and didn't try to take advantage of us like the prior company. Ammerman was absolutely amazing! Called this morning with a no heat and had a crew to me in 20 mins! EJ and his partner went through our whole system touched base on prices and what was going on throughout and have a solution for it!
