Sam and his company was referred to me by our homeowners insurance agent. Sam was able to look at a satellite picture of our home and precisely diagnose what the problem was and gave me a quote within several hours to fix a good leak. Due to inclement weather we were told that Sam could not come to our house for several weeks because he was backed up. However that wasn't the case Sam was there within five days of our phone call. He sent Jim and Mike who had such a passionate interest and intense dedication about roof design, care and repair. I rarely have repairman that are so into their profession. I would highly recommend Sam and his crew members. They are caring dedicated and wonderful Craftsman. Last, I have found same to be a very genuine and authentic person to work with. Found Allslopes through Google search. We try to use local, small businesses, when possible. Sam came out quickly to assess the roof repair that caused internal water damage. Repair and inspection completed quickly. Great customer service and communication throughout project. Too soon to know if the repair fixed the issue but we are very satisfied so far.
