Although many electricians are very busy right now, Apollo called me back right away and was able to set up a time for service. It wasn't quite a half days work for them, but they were extremely reasonable. Very happy with the guys, professional, on time and were able to do everything quickly. Were upfront about options and pricing. Would recommend 100%! Thanks for the quick service, and will use you in the future!

Funny story- I came across this business thinking it was Apollo Home Heating and Cooling who also does electrical work. Over the phone they quoted me a fair price to hang a 20 pound light in my great room with 18 foot ceilings. A week or two later, I mistakenly called Apollo HHC and they came to my house, quoted me over $400 more than Apollo Electric did and then made me pay a service call fee of $79.00 just for showing up over an honest mistake. The funniest part is the Apollo HHC guy tried to tell me there was no way to quote a job like this over the phone. Hmm, really? The moral of the story is to remember the details. If you need electrical work done, these guys are professional and get the job done. A-plus experience with Apollo Electric, not Apollo Home Heating and Cooling! Thanks again!

Cancelled my appointment last minute, two times in a row. Reason, they have too much other work available, and would rather not work on my home because it contains aluminum wiring (houses built in the 60's and 70's). Very unprofessional, and complete lack of respect for my time. If you are going to pick and choose which customers you are going to refuse service, at least be honest and do it upfront. *** Per the response from Apollo Electric*** I've never understood why companies argue with dissatisfied customers in reviews, as there is nothing to be gained. Do you really want new/potential customers getting a preview of how they will have to deal with you arguing and discrediting their concerns when something goes wrong? It's just poor customer service, period. However, if you insist on arguing , get your facts straight.
