We hired Mr Roof to reside our home. They were amazing, timely, professional, friendly, customer-centric, company that we have ever done business with. The crews, project manager and sales person were top notch. They called weekly to update us on our special order. Our home looks fantastic we appreciate their excellent customer service and would highly recommend Mr Roof.

Kevin from Mr. Roof was great when it came time to use our warranty for the first time! Came out within hours of our initial call to inspect what needed repaired, and then came back the next day to quickly repair the ripped shingle, and looked over the rest of the roof to make sure everything was in great shape. I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience has been terrible. If I could leave no stars I would. From the start my sales person Kyle would not respond to me even after I called the main office several times. Finally I asked for a new sales person and Victor was able to get my roof scheduled and it was finally completed. Now I have a bill but they never came out to inspect the roof after completion as promised. I've contacted my new sales person and the office and nothing but crickets. I want to pay the bill but the job has not been completed and I've called their main office who then promised a call back and it's been over a week. Do not use this company. The amount of time I've had to wasted just simply due to lack of response has been ridiculous. Mr. Roof, you will get your money when you finish the job. Thank you for your very delayed response. I reached out to the main office and someone came last Tuesday and inspected. They were supposed to follow up with me last Wednesday. S
