Where to start!? I needed to replace a 30 year old roof. I'd heard about their service and had seen their great work! I got the color shingles I wanted and needed as part of a duplex. The job was done in a day. They worked to make sure I was pleased with the finished job. They assured me I could count on them to help with questions and any issues should there be any, in the future. I'm happy with Mr. Roof's finished product and my roof is very nice to look at. Had some chimney repairs done in August and noticed that the tuck pointing I paid for was not completed. I called and told them and they said they would send someone out that weekend. They never showed. Told them they never showed and said they would be there Monday. Never showed again… called again. They said they would be here today. Guess what never showed. I’m in no rush to have this completed but if you’re going to tell someone you will be there then please be there.
