Eric arrived early, was professional, efficient & quickly diagnosed the resolution for my kitchen water leak issue. He worked to thoroughly resolve the problem & explained everything in understandable terms before he started the work. Gave me the estimate & completed the work efficiently & in a timely manner. There is never a good time to have the sewer backing into your basement, but even though we discovered an issue at night Mr. Rooter quickly assigned and got a technician out to the house as fast as they could. They quickly cleaned out the main sewer drain, gave me the price up front and we’re out the door in about an hour after they left. Not the first time I’ve used them and would use again for sure.
