There is never a good time to have the sewer backing into your basement, but even though we discovered an issue at night Mr. Rooter quickly assigned and got a technician out to the house as fast as they could. They quickly cleaned out the main sewer drain, gave me the price up front and we’re out the door in about an hour after they left. Not the first time I’ve used them and would use again for sure. We are VERY pleased with our experience! Richard worked with us to find where our problem was and helped set us up to get a new clean out installed. He walked us through what our options were, and set up a team to get everything cleared up within a few days. The installation crew with Tex and Kenny were OUTSTANDING. They helped identify some major issues that had existed before we purchased our house. They were a blast to work with and even took time to engage with our 4 curious kids. They were able to get us up and flowing again in short order. We will definitely recommend to others!
