We noticed wind damage on our roof in June. We had a contractor from Empire come and inspect the roof and he told us of all the damages. He took many pictures and went over each one with us. He was very friendly and professional. Once we filed a claim and received the fund from insurance, which took longer than expected and was totally an issue with insurance, Empire approved our roof replacement quickly after that. Once approved and materials were ordered, our new roof and gutters were on the following week. Each person I spoke with had a very positive and professional attitude. My roof was damaged from the storms in March. I had several people come out and give me estimates and advise me if my insurance would cover the damage. Jonathan was the only one who thought I had a chance to make an insurance claim. He was phenomenal in helping me through the entire process and explained exactly what my insurance company would do and say prior to getting my entire roof covered. My new roof took a while to get in place, but it looks great and everything but my deductible was covered making it well worth the wait.
