I highly recommend Empire Contractors. Their customer service is the best I have ever received. Their prices are very reasonable. Patrick worked with me to identify the type of siding on my house and ordered the replacement piece of siding for me. I needed to reschedule my appointment and they were flexible and accommodating. The day of service, I received a text message from Andrew, the representative that was coming out to my house, along with his picture and direct contact number. He was prompt, respectful, and did a wonderful and efficient job. He even took my old piece of broken siding with him. Amazing service from day one of the project!

Empire put gutter guards on my existing gutter. They were extremely professional in setting up the install and had the work done in no time. Cleaned up after they were finished. We noticed wind damage on our roof in June. We had a contractor from Empire come and inspect the roof and he told us of all the damages. He took many pictures and went over each one with us. He was very friendly and professional. Once we filed a claim and received the fund from insurance, which took longer than expected and was totally an issue with insurance, Empire approved our roof replacement quickly after that. Once approved and materials were ordered, our new roof and gutters were on the following week. Each person I spoke with had a very positive and professional attitude.
