EDIT 9/15/22: Matt came out and fixed our sink at no cost! Helped with advice, with the clog, and did everything correctly. Very satisfied with the turn around positive customer service we had from Roto rooter today. Thank you so much! Original: Paid $283 for a service to be done on my sink. The original call I made was for a sink that wouldn't drain and a P Trap pipe needed to be finished being installed. The service tech fixed the pipe and recommended me to go purchase my own parts because it would be hundreds of dollars cheaper. Showed me what to get and installed those and the sink still is leaking and not draining. Not so upset with the tech, he was an enjoyable person. Although he did leave 2 saw blades in my bathroom out in the open. I have 2 dogs and a baby so I'm glad I caught that before they did. Pretty disappointed with our most recent experience. I called on a Tuesday night for a clogged toilet (after hours even though they say they are 24 hours). Was told no one could come out until the next day. The guy comes out Wednesday when he was supposed. He was very helpful and explained what was going on. Apparently he needed to call his supervisor to come take a look. They could not clear the issue and said they would need to tear into the flooring and wall for at least $6,000+. We told them we wanted to think about it. We were advised to call the supervisor to set up the appointment and the earliest they had to start work was Friday. Soon after they left we found that any time we turned on any water in our house the toilet would overflow and spill. We called the supervisor to see what to do and to schedule the appointment - NO answer and No return call ever. We found a new company that was able to fix the issue without tearing up the floor and walls and then today, 10 days later I
