Knochelmann Service Experts

Kyle, an expert plumber with Knochelmann Service Experts, did an excellent job of addressing a very tricky plumbing issue on our old house. Unlike a different plumbing group that we called for the same issue who got stumped after multiple disorganized visits, Kyle came fully prepared to identify and fix the issue at the first appointment, and did so professionally and efficiently. He also took care and time to explain the issue to me in language that I could understand as a non-plumber. Greatly appreciate his help, will be calling Knochelmann again if we are ever in need of a plumber in the future.

Zach & Dayvon came to check out my older AC system with a trainee, Luke. All three were extremely professional. Despite being the trainee, Luke had answers to all of my questions. They all patiently answered my abundance of questions and explained the potential issues of my system, the associated costs, and the effects & tell-tale signs if the parts in my existing system eventually broke down. I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions right away either. There are many options to fit different budgets. They even played with my pups a little bit. Would recommend!

Dayvon did a great job! Called a head of time to let me know he was on the way and was timely. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Explained everything and discussed options on how to better the system.
