Had a service technician (named Guy) come out for our maintenance plan. Informative, pointed out some items we can fix on our own such as weed killer for around the unit outside as well as to increase changing filter frequency to 3 months for our size unit. Friendly, thorough and quick. Highly recommend their services. Been using them since 2022 when our AC died and they fixed it without needing a full replacement.

Overall wonderful service! Signed up for a leased system and had a very responsive, respectful team of employees come install. Then we had some issues but they sent out another crew right away to solve it, even on a holiday weekend tech Guy Romaine came out to fix the AC aspect correctly and got us all set. In the morning Tyler and Dylan replaced my hose bib and my secondary main shut off. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. In the afternoon Jeff, Luke, and Zach came out to look at my air conditioner to tune it up and present me with options for ongoing maintenance options.
