Shelly in the office was awesome to work with, she fit us in last minute. Brett planned out our EV charger install perfectly and Derek did top notch work with the install. Our Tesla is charging perfectly, I was nervous about the plan and they re-assured me it would be done right, 100% recommend these folks.

I called servall originally to have some smoke detectors replaced. I agreed to the 21 point inspection. The appt was made timely and the electrician showed up on time. He did the inspection, replaced 3 smoke detectors and a bathroom light switch. This home was a tenants and he told them he would forward me the inspection report. A week or more went by and I did t get a bill or report. I checked my spam box and found an email with the invoice but no inspection. I replied to Bob asking for a copy of the report. He relied that it was left onsite. I asked the tenants again just in case, he didn’t leave a copy and told them he’d forward it to me. I replied back with this information and haven’t heard anything from Bob. I’m withholding payment until I receive the report. This shouldn’t be so difficult. Service: Electrical inspections

It's a nightmare to work with them. months behind the schedule and no warranty after the job is finished. The owner Ryan will always have excuses but most of the time you can not even find the guy in charge.
