National installed a new furnace and ac unit in my old house so the first thing I did when I moved into my new house was call them and ask that they come out and check the current system. Brandon with National Heating and Air was professional and friendly, and local. He fixed the problem with my 34 year old Bryant condenser quickly and cleaned up after himself. It's very clear that their techs go about trying to replace instead of repairing issues. Be careful when calling them, they will tell you something needs replaced and the reasoning is BS. They are paid on commission. If they say a whole unit needs replaced, its because they will make more money instead of a $200 service call. They'd rather sell you a brand new $8,000 unit.
