It's very clear that their techs go about trying to replace instead of repairing issues. Be careful when calling them, they will tell you something needs replaced and the reasoning is BS. They are paid on commission. If they say a whole unit needs replaced, its because they will make more money instead of a $200 service call. They'd rather sell you a brand new $8,000 unit. I turned to National Heating and Air Conditioning in desperation after another company installed an expensive, completely new system incorrectly. The system would become inoperable every few months, despite replacing a multitude of parts. National sent knowledgeable techs out who were willing to stick with it, and the company owner even came to oversee the issue. They were able to solve the issues, and the system has thankfully been worry free since then, about 3 years ago. Since then we've had very good experiences with technicians who have come for routine maintenance and upkeep. The office staff is also always very friendly and helpful. Easy to scheduled semi-annual maintenance service inspections for both the heating and air conditioning systems. Reasonable preventive maintenance packages available with no major cost increases over the years. My maintenance package includes annual service on a humidifier that is not a typical model. The only problem I have is the humidifier filter is rarely on hand when the service is performed but it is always delivered and installed in a day or two!
