Installed an already purchased Aquasana whole house water filtration system and Tom did a great job! The job just finished but I have been assured, should any issues come about (I.e leaking) we can call them back.

I own a 100 year old house that had a shower and sink that would not drain and was plumbed in a way that confused everybody that looked at it. Chad and and Robert were fantastic! Whatever you're paying Chad is not enough because he really went the extra mile to fully understand what the situation was. A few times during the day we thought that we had come to a standstill And Chad's thinking outside the box enabled them to narrow down the real issue. I cant recommend them highly enough. The crew from Mr. Rooter, came to give me an estimate for an outside garden faucet that was not working. No only Erick and his team was able to find the issue, but it also repair the valve pressure that was leaking. I was not expecting the replacement for a new unit but was needed. He accommodated me in his schedule and did it right then. There was "good customer service and professionalism" in the service provided.
