I set up an appointment with Rodney to come out. He set up the appointment for the next day in the morning. Rodney did not show up. I left a message at their office and I did not get a call back. If you don't want to do the work, that is fine. But don't set an appointment and then ghost the person. Have the common courtesy to cancel the appointment. This is not the first review I have seen like this for RLS.

I enjoyed working with RLS Construction. We were recommended by my cousin who was very pleased with their work. When Ryan came over and inspected my roof for damage he took many pictures and found a lot of weather damage. He worked with my insurance company to cover the expense of a new roof. I was very please with the work done, the hard work of their employees working late into the evening to complete my large roof. The work was completed as scheduled. We had a wonderful experience with Ryan and his team at RLS. Our roof was damaged from a storm and some neighbors referred us to RLS. Ryan was very prompt and courteous with us, advising us through our decisions and the insurance process. We were fortunate to be offered a whole replacement. A couple weeks later his team arrived earlier than expected and got to work. We couldn't believe they replaced this large, complex roof in a day. They were fast, hard working, did a tight job and cleaned up well. We also had new shutters installed and his guys did a wonderful job there too. Highly recommended! Service: Roof installation
