The one guy sent was new to unclog a gutter drain. Obviously needed more training. The next sent the next day was overly confident and had an attitude. I would have rather dealt with the new guy than the guy that was hard to deal with. Other than that job was done, fast response, wish the first guy would have had a camera and it would have saved me from the next day and them from an extra trip. If I had to deal with the experienced guy all the time. I wouldn’t use them. Period. Service: Drain cleaning
My tub and shower faucets were over 50 years old leaking and rusted. A family member suggested Rotor Rooter . Scheduling was easy and got a quick appointment. The technician was Harry Green and he did an amazing job. He chose excellent replacement parts that were astetically pleasing and durable. The job hit a snap but he handled it well.
