We had 2 other local plumbing companies come out and inspect a backed up sink and a boiler issue. In both cases they recommended costly repair and replacement. Bathroom sink was quoted at $3500 and boiler replacement about $7000. Decided to call Beresford since they originally serviced the boiler when our Grandmother lived in the house some 25 years ago. Beresford came out and got the boiler working in 5 minutes and unclogged the sink in another 5 minutes. Total cost....less than than the cost for dinner and a movie!!!!
