Billy was my service representative. He was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable, regarding my water heater repair. He explained everything to me, in terms I could comprehend. It took two appointments to complete the work, and he made sure to do what was necessary to stop the leak on the first visit. The office staff was also courteous and professional. I am so thankful A-1 Affordable Plumbing has a relationship with my home owners warranty company. Billy is so knowledgeable about many plumbing issues and I was blessed with having him show up for my repairs. He explained my problems in a manner that I was able to understand and receive. He also answered many follow up questions I had. He even offered to clean the area he performed work on. For several years I had issues with my water pressure and other plumbers were unable to identify that my water softner was the culprit. Our plumber, Bill, called prior to his arrival. He was prepared and ready to make the needed repairs. His courtesy and professionalism were on display from the time he pulled in the driveway. He demonstrated his knowledge of plumbing by checking for the little things before making larger repairs, which, as it turns out, weren't necessary.
