I noticed my air wasn’t blowing as cold even though it was only 4 years old. Scheduled a tune up service with a larger company and they came out and said I had a leak and may need a new unit. After they suggested I may need a new unit I reached out to Cleveland Comfort solutions for a second opinion. Dana came out promptly and took 4 days to find a stubborn leak. He took the time needed to do the job right and came in much less than the larger company. My air is blowing cold again and working better than I ever remember it working even new. I will definitely contact Dana for my HVAC needs going forward. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
We’ve been working with Comfort Solutions for over 12 years now. They provide excellent service and are very knowledgable. Comfort Solutions is very responsive and professional. Recently they fine-tuned our older air conditioning issue saving us some money. We are satisfied with the company’s professional service and their attention to detail. Highly recommend.
My Air stopped cooling, I reached out to everyone on Nextdoor for referrals, many praised "Cleveland Comfort Solutions", after reading all reviews I reached out to Dana (owner). Dana showed up same day and spent the necessary time diagnosing, (I want all to know I had a larger company come out first and was told I had a leak and would need leak sealant as well as 5lbs of R22 refrigerant added and quoted me a crazy price, also pushed hard to sell me a new system). After testing Dana confirmed my unit did NOT have a leak! He diagnosed and fixed my unit by replacing the AC Capasitor and filled with refrigerant. Good as new at a MUCH lower cost! He is completely thorough and honest (did not diagnose until he was certain of what the problem was). "Cleveland Comfort Solutions" is a breath of fresh air in today's world filled with companies that are out there gouging people, being deceptive and padding their pockets!!
