Chris did an excellent job explaining everything thoroughly to me and looking for the root cause of my leak. He showed me pictures of the problem and repaired it the same day. Chris also inspected other areas of my roof and made suggestions and repairs to small issues that could cause major damage in the future. Chris was fantastic. We had a small return fall off of our roof a month ago in the storm with 50 mph winds. When I contacted him, he was responsive, gave me an incredibly reasonable quote through text pictures alone, and got out to the job very quickly same day. Not only that, but he pointed out another return that was deteriorating and in danger of falling off soon (post-repair he showed me; it was basically mush), as well as a couple of gutters sagging and potentially in danger of falling. He offered to add on the other return and the gutters for less than half again the price of the original job. Within 3 hours of first talking to him on the phone, I had 2 gutters more secure and 2 made-to-order returns up, all done at a low price. What more could you want? Highly recommended. Spotty work and won’t come back to fix his mistakes once’s he’s paid. Only responds at first to get paid, doesn’t come back after to fix issues. Unprofessional, but you get what you paid for. Wouldn’t recommend! Service: Roof repair
