Unfortunately over Memorial Day weekend our AC unit went out. I called Matt out of the blue and within 24 hours he was able to come out to the house. During this time, he was very professional and informative. We ended up replacing our AC unit and he was very helpful throughout the buying process. He was able to then install the unit 48 hours later, making the process seamless from soup to nuts. The installation was top notch and on budget with what was quoted. Back in July 2016, we needed a new electric furnace and heat pump system installed in our home. Cardinal Heating & Cooling had been maintaining our prior system for the last few years so we had Matt do the install of the new system. He gave us a proposal with many options and price points.
