ARS / Rescue Rooter Plumbing Sewer Drains

Chatting online at 5pm. Just checking and asking questions. Their tech was in my drive at 5:20. My spring fed pond was over flowing. Had the pipe cleaned in May by another company and cost me $525 for 10 minutes of work. Even though they cleared it then must not have completely cleaned it because it doing it again. Mr. Rough cleared it. Pond is drained down now to be able to fix pipe. Rough was so polite smiling even through the rain. This only cost me $93. Definitely saved their number and I will spread the word of great service, great techs and a very reasonable price!

I have never dealt with a company that lacks in so many areas! My boyfriend and I bought a home and ARS rerouted the sump pump line before we moved in. After moving in we realize that that also rerouted one of our downspouts to the drain, which is great, except instead of measuring their pipe they bent our downspout to try and fit into that pipe. They also tore off the window well covers on the side of the house and did not replace them. The biggest concern is that they did not bury the pipe deep enough in the ground so you can see and physically touch the pipe that goes through our front yard. We originally contacted them 3 weeks ago and they said they would send someone out to fix/take a look at it and that it was all covered under the warranty from the work they already completed. Well they send out a plumber, who has no work order and says they are there for a leaky pipe. Not what we needed. So, next day we call again. They say yes they can get us on the schedule for Wednesday. So

Honestly amazing. They were able to come out within an hour and fix our backed up kitchen sink with ease. We paid a fraction of the price we paid when we had this issue once before (truly… we paid 75% less then when we used roto rooter). Kalvante was knowledgeable about the process and what was causing the issue and gave us advice on how to prevent these issues. No doubt I will be requesting him in the future.
