Contractor Bruce was very knowledgeable of his work and courteous. When encountering an issue he handled it very professionally, Not sure why Sears Heating and Air Conditioning is listed here. I had remodeling done in my Bathroom by Sears Home Improvement.
Excellent team from sales to furnace next day installation. Installers did a phenomenal job. Thank you everyone for getting us heat the next day. Service: Heating system installation
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Sales rep outright lied to me to get the sale. Toilet too high, sink too low, sink drain assembly installed wrong, rotten sub-floor not replaced, installers messy and careless, etc. Project Manager was very pleasant to work with; it's just a shame he works for a company that doesn't care about their customers. It's no wonder they're slowly going out of business. I will never deal with SEARS again and will never recommend them to anyone.
