25 year old unit was low on coolant. I looked at the situation and went with a full heating and air replacement. They were back in 5 days and done by noon. No mess no issues and true to their quote.
We were very happy with Gahanna Heating and Cooling when they replaced our air conditioner and furnace. Ronnie provided excellent customer service through the entire process all the way to following up on the installation after it was complete. He assisted in filing for our 10 year warranty and was able to help us secure an additional warranty on labor! Thanks Ronnie for making it an easy process and going the extra mile providing great customer service via text (even on Saturday weeks after our engagement)!
