I called yesterday for a slow tub drain issue. I had been at work at Life Time Fitness and they used Plumbing and Drain Professionals. So I thought I would try it for our home. Gary was great. He explained everything in detail. He was able to assess the drainage issue and clear it up by snaking it. He cleaned up and was on his way in an hour tops. The price is very reasonable in my opinion. I will call them again and share my experience with our neighbors! Service: Drain cleaning

Christian came by today to fix some wobbly toilets for me. I honestly am probably the least qualified person to review plumbing, but from what I can tell everything was done well. The main reason I wanted to leave the review though was because Christian was awesome personality wise - he was enthusiastic about his work and seemed like he knew his stuff. During the appointment I cracked my head on a sharp ceiling backing up, Christian was nearby when it happened and didn't hesitate to make sure I was okay. I have had a sewer main drain problem for over a month. Josh and Tony was able to come out the same day of me calling with options on how to help me get my main drain unclogged. They listened to my concerns after already having multiple people try to fix the problem. Even the service people that answered the phones were amizing and you could tell they cared and really wanted to get my issues fixed. Everything was taken care of quick and easy.
