I've been with Custom Air for 3 years now (my AC/Furnace is my home's original unit 2003) and couldn't be more Thankful for the Excellent Service I have received each and every time I have needed to contact them. Mike, in Service is so kind and helpful every time I call, and Josh, who last came out to fix a problem was excellent.(Let me just say, in this record heat, the Service Techs that have to go into and work in attics have my deepest respect!) I wish more than 5 stars could be given because Custom Air and all its Employees certainly deserve it! Custom Air installed a mini split system in our 100 year old home when other companies declined the job due to our home's age and structure. This alone gave them automatic points with us, but they continued to exceed expectations in all areas. Chris (sales), Ben (in management) and installers Justin and Ryan were all wonderful to work with - professional, friendly, responsive, the list goes on and on. Wow! We had the absolute Best experience with custom air! Dave was our sales person and he did an amazing job. He was so attentive and was willing to find ways to help us save and treated us like family! Our maintenance worker Chad was also very upfront with us about our issues and was willing to provide great advice. The installation of the entire HVAC system went so smoothly and I felt very comfortable with them being in my home! They were very responsive and professional.
