Fantastic value, kind and compassionate people, and wonderful service! I could not be more pleased with Custom Air, throughout the entire process. The consultation with Chris was easy; I didn't feel pressured at all and he proposed a system that I specifically requested (variable speed 96 AFUE/16 SEER). The price was better than those I received from other HVAC companies who recommended inferior equipment, and by hundreds of dollars. This was a massive relief as I'd been dealing with high-pressure salesmen from other HVAC companies, which was causing a lot of anxiety and stress. I was honestly considering going without air conditioning, but I knew that prices wouldn't be going down between now and next year. Dealing with Chris didn't even feel like a "sale"; it felt more like having a trusted friend talk me through a difficult situation. I was called about our A/C checkup, & they came out the same day. We have used CustomAir for many yrs, & they have always provided us w good advice, prompt service, quality & friendly technicians, good service. They discussed the age of our heating and cooling units, which they installed and are working well now, and advised us that “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.” I appreciate their candor & honesty. Their technician, OJ, checked out the heating system last winter, & he was here again for the A/C. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, & very courteous. A pleasure to work with. I needed to find a new HVAC I could depend on and Custom Air is the company I chose. Very happy with everyone. The staff and service department are great, the diagnostician was very competent and the repair technicians were excellent as well.
