Had frozen pipes due to extreme weather before Christmas. Nate took the time to review all the issues and the design of the pipes and was able to install two shut off valves as a preventative measure in the event the pipes burst when the water thaws. This provides our family some options if the the pipe does spring a leak. Answered all my questions, reviewed our options and took time to explain the effect of the shut off valves in full. My experience was absolutely horrible. The technician that did my water heater repair was fine though it took him all day and he went to lunch in the middle of repairing, the real problem was with whoever Rebecca is. She charged us for a service we did not receive and then dodged our calls for days. Then once I spoke with her she refused to hear what I had to say. She's a liar and a horrible employee. How embarrassing. If you call these people, be aware of what they are doing and don't let them charge you before the job is done. Service: Water heater repair
