Ramos Roofing

My 788 sq. ft. home was built in 1895. While it isn't on the Historical Register, it's historic to me because I bought it by myself in 2005. This house was featured in the 2006 Victorian Village Tour of Homes and is my sanctuary. It is my first house and I don't plan on ever moving. On Labor Day, 2022, there was a leak in the ceiling of one of the small rooms and a good-sized puddled on the floor. The wind and rain that Sunday night had done its damage. I called Sy at Ramos and he came straight over and inspected my roof. Fast-forward to October 25: The Ramos team showed up at 7A and worked through 7P. They tore off the old, replaced the rotted wood, and installed a new roof in one day. As a homeowner accustomed to well-meaning but often less-than-capable contractors, I can attest to the excellence of the work of Sy and his team. They showed up at the agreed upon time and on the agreed upon date, were diligent and thorough, and left behind nothing for me to clean/dispose of. The price

Chris White and Kris Lee were excellent contractors to work with. We had a complete roof replacement on our craftsman home. They made necessary updates to our flashing and ventilation. They worked with our insurance company, so we didn't have to???? also ensuring all repairs were made to code ( some things the insurance company didn't know about). They were very responsive, and up front about cost and availability. Their team showed up promptly at 6am and worked until 830pm cleaning up their mess.
