I can’t find words to adequately express the quality of the work and the professionalism and integrity of this team. Brian M. did the work for our project and was absolutely top notch. Everything about him, his technical skills and knowledge, and the way he communicated with us was great!! We had confidence in him from day one and are impressed with everyone with whom we interfaced at The Rooter Works.

Great Personnel - Nick (my plumber/Technician) was professional, on-time and skilled. His communication was professional, positive and clear. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. He cleaned up, was respectful of our home and worked diligently. Nick deserves a raise. The quote guy (don't recall his name) was professional and accurate. Process - The quote was accurate (albeit a bit high). Communication with dispatch/coordinator was timely. Reschedule of resource was communicated well. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
