We had a leaky copper pipe in our basement and The Rooter Works was the first company that could come out for an estimate. Trevor was here in less than 24 hours of our initial call and offered a speedy repair to our problem. We are happy to have the issue remedied and Trevor couldn't have been more helpful, conscientious, and friendly. I would highly recommend him and this company to others!
The first appointment they completely ghosted us and didn't show up. When we rescheduled, they were 4 hours outside of the extremely loose "afternoon" window they gave us, and when we called to see what was going on several times, they lied and said they were sitting outside our house for hours. Which is not true, because.we were also in and out of the house many times during those 4 hours. Then they said he was at the wrong address... So I guess he didn't look at the house number, and decided to not call us for some reason? And then when he was in, he quoted us a $400 per hour labor charge for a very simple job. Awesome. 0/10 call literally anyone else
Nothing but great things to say about this company. Any time I use them I have nothing but positive experiences. Not only are the service representatives polite and cordial, they give plenty of options and don't try to 'pull the wool over your eyes' like many plumbing companies do, very up front. I clearly knew what the issues were and what options were good, better and best. Initially PETER and JORDAN came to the home due to water meter leak indicator showing there was a leak. They educated us on how to properly read the meter and informed us we had a slow leak somewhere, not a full blown underground water leak (we are on a concrete slab). After looking around they gave us some ideas as to what could be the issue and all was good. About a week later we experienced issues with water being pushed back through the water lines and causing a leak at the dishwasher. BEN was sent out this time to look more in depth at the water heater, which PETER and JORDAN both said was coming up on needin
