These guys were BEOYOND amazing. Ian and Daniel plus an apprentice were out the same day and cleared our main sewer line of a bunch of roots. They were pleasant, professional and really nice. They quoted a good price and that was it, they got the work done! They also gave a quote for an exterior clean out and it's definitely fair, no pressure, no hardball sales pitch, no games. I can’t find words to adequately express the quality of the work and the professionalism and integrity of this team. Brian M. did the work for our project and was absolutely top notch. Everything about him, his technical skills and knowledge, and the way he communicated with us was great!! We had confidence in him from day one and are impressed with everyone with whom we interfaced at The Rooter Works.
